What makes a good looser to make a good winner is that they don't only care about winning. They care more about having fun a with their friends. They enjoy the game and don't get super serious. They like to win but it's not a giant disappointment if they don't.
If someone on the team misses a shot they don't get mad they just say nice shot. And that's what makes a good looser to make a good winner.
